Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance
David appeared on stage in The Imaginary Invalid (as Mr Fieurant, PACT 1967), Antigone (by Jean Anouilh) (CAPAB's Theatre-go-round, 1969), Fumed Oak and Red Peppers (The Space 1973), The Alchemist (CAPAB 1975).
He was the stage director for a production of Richard II at Maynardville in 1968.
