Staged in the Alexander Theatre, Johannesburg in March 1965, directed by Hugh Goldie, featuring George Vollaire (Emile Carpeau), Charles Stodel (Bernard Laroque), Billy Matthews (Joseph Pillet), Kevin Basel (Pierre), Michael McGovern (Alfred Trapp and Bruce Anderson (Gustave Kummer). Decor by Roy Cooke.
