Member of the Johan Fourie company from 1957 to 1962. Joined CAPAB in 1967 after having studied at the University of Stellenbosch.

He had roles in Voëlvry, Ken Jy die Melkweg, Richard III, Tartuffe (1968), Die Vader (1969), Die Koning Sterf (1969), Die Blindes (1970), Dokter teen Wil en Dank (1970). He participated in CAPAB's programmes for schools and libraries.
