Directed by [[Sharupa Dutta]], with music by  [[Siva Devar]]. It was presented at [[Playhouse Theatre]], Durban from 8 September to 12 September (as part of the ''[[Celebrate Durban Festival]]''), at [[The Market Theatre]], Johannesburg, as part of the [[Arts Alive Festival|Jo'burg Arts Alive International Festival]] from 16 to 26 September.

Biography

Sharupa Dutta is a theatre actress and director/producer who has produced and directed a number of theatre productions and television shows om India, including serials, soap operas, chat shows, game shows, cookery shows, cultural programmes and telefilms.

Since the early 1990s Dutta has been an intrinsic part of the company Teamwork Arts Pvt Ltd and is the Producer of the Jaipur Literature Festival, India.

Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance

In 2010 she came to South Africa to direct the production At the Edge and Other Cato Manor Stories, performed by Jailoshini Naidoo, as part of the fourth edition of the Shared History - The Indian Experience Festival, presented by Teamwork Productions in association with The High Commission of India.
