Reach is a play in two acts by Lara Foot Newton. It stages an encounter between a young black man and an elderly white woman in a remote, rural, unforgiving landscape. First produced by the Baxter Theatre Centre in 2007 for the Theaterformen in Hanover. Aletta Bezuidenhout as Marion Banning and Mbulelo Grootboom as Solomon Xaba.
