Athina Vahla is an independent multidisciplinary artist, researcher and lecturer.

Biography

She specializes in choreography and has produced work internationally across the UK, Europe, South Africa, Mexico, and East Asia Arts.

Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance

She was the curator of the multidisciplinary piece Polis for the National Arts Festival in 2012 and has been an honorary research associate to the of Rhodes University Drama Department since 2013.
