Le commissionaire est bon enfant is a French farce by Georges Courteline (1858-1929)[1]

The original text

Written in collaboration with Jules Lévy, the play was first produced in Paris at the Théâtre du Gymnase, on 16 December 1899


Translations and adaptations

Translated into Afrikaans as Die Bevelvoerder by Fred le Roux, the text published by Tafelberg in the play collection Skouspel (edited by Jan B. Vermaak) in 1992.
