First performed at the Haymarket Theatre, London, on 12 November, 1853 and published by T.H. Lacy, 1853. Performed in New York at Wallack's Theatre on 10 January, 1854 and published inter alia by Clinton T. de Witt, New York, in 187? and by Harold Roorbach, New York, in 1889
