Nina graduated from the Stellenbosch University Drama Department in 1998 with a BA Drama (Hons).

As a student she acted in Electra (1997), Lunch Girls (1997), Baal (1998), Die Vryerige Spook (1998). Stage roles include Varknek, Gaerin Hauptfleisch, (skrywer & regiseur) KKNK, 1999, ʼn Ander Tongval (Vleis, Rys & Aartappels, 2008), Ook by KLT. Became nationally renowned and a pin-up model for her role in the original TV series of Sewende Laan. Returned to the stage in 200*, appearing in works such as Plofstof by Pieter Jacobs (KKNK, 2004), Festen (2007).
