Louise is married to actor Michael Richard; they have two children, Sarah and Jeremy.
Training
She studied at University of Cape Town Drama Department, graduating in 1980.
Career
Louise joined PACT in 1981.
Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance
Her student productions included The Birds and Six Characters in Search of an Author.
She appeared for PACT in After the Fall (as Elsie) and Filumena in 1981; she starred in A Coupla White Chicks Sitting Around Talking for the Market Theatre, worked for Pieter Toerien in Simon Gray's Dog Days (1983), Extremities (1984), played Mary in the original production of Run for your Wife with Rex Garner, and in the The Runner Stumbles (Erna Prindle, 1985). She played the role of Thelma in Pack of Lies in 1985 at the Market Theatre.
