Career

Joined the Rhodes University Drama Department in 1967 where she was concerned particulary with developing the teaching of voice and speech and the history of dance. Children's theatre became her special field and in her production of Winnie the Pooh she directed Alice Krige as Christopher Robin. She retired in February 2002.
