Wim Beukes
BEUKES, Wim (1968- ). South African actor.

Biography
Beukes matriculated at High School Schoonspruit in Klerksdorp, in 1986. During his school career he competed in the annual ATKV-Tienertoneel productions and in 1985 he received the Best Actor award. Completed his National Service in 1989 in the rank of Lieutenant.
Training
Studied acting, directing and psychology at Potchefstroom University .
Career
Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance
He was seen on stage in Nagspel.
Established NoordWes Produksies (NWP), a professional acting company which toured the country and performed at several prominent theatres and arts festivals. [1]
Television roles include: Mnr Kok in Binnelanders; Byleveldt in Dryfsand; Inspekteur in Plek van die Vleisvreters; Max in Song vir Katryn.
Feature film roles include: Faan in Poena is Koning (2007); Vleis in Molly & Wors (2013); Basie in Pad na jou Hart (2014).
He wrote the play 0, kondoom, daar's 'n kat in my boom that was performed during the Claerhout festival in Excelsior in the Free State in February 2010.
