Willie Edouin

Willie Edouin (1846-1908)[1] was an English comedian, actor, dancer, singer, writer, director and theatre manager.

Biography

His daughter, May Edouin, also became a vaudeville performer.

Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance

He was brought out to perform in South Africa by the Wheeler Theatre Company in March 1902, appearing among other works in Our Flat (Musgrave).
