Voor ek vergeet… is an Afrikaans South African drama by Karen Marx, the moving story of a mother and son who, unusually, do not hate one another — a journey of faith, hope and love.

Performance history in South Africa

2012: Staged at the US Woordfees, Stellenbosch, presented by The Sixth Sense, made possible by Clover and Leopard's Leap, directed by Gert van Niekerk, at Hoërskool Stellenbosch, on 9 and 10 March, on the Sanlam Dramafees programme. The production marked Amanda Strydom's return to the stage after some years; the cast was Amanda Strydom and Hannes van Wyk. Age restriction: no under-12s.
