Violations
by Peter Snyders. Full-length. Cast: two hander (women). The text was workshopped over a period of several months. The author worked in collaboration with Henry Goodman, as dramaturg, and with the cast, director and produce in revising and reworking the original text. The action takes place in Cape Town during during December 1985.
Performance history in South Africa
A Baxter Theatre Production in 1986 (first performed January 16, 1986) was directed by Arthur Benjamin, starring Vinette Ebrahim and Denise Newman. Design Brian Collins.This was the first production of the play.
