Tienie Holloway (1888-1967) wrote verses, songs and stories for children in Afrikaans.
The Tienie Holloway Prize for children's and youth literature in Afrikaans awarded by the Suid-Afrikaanse Akademie vir Wetenskap en Kuns is named after him/her.
