The Ship on Fire, or The Cruise of "The Thunderer" is a naval drama by an unknown author.

Also referred to as The Ship on Fire, or The Cruise of the Thunderer or simply as The Ship on Fire.

No other mention of a play by this name has yet been found, other than the South African presentation noted by F.C.L. Bosman (1980: pp 111, 114).

1862: Performed as The Ship on Fire, or The Cruise of "The Thunderer" by Sefton Parry and his company in the Cape Town Theatre, with Slasher and Crasher (Morton) and a dance by Miss Powell.
