The Cape Monitor
The Cape Monitor was an English Governmental publication founded and printed in Cape Town, from 1851 to 1856, to serve as a mouthpiece for the British Government.
Sometimes simply referred to as The Monitor.
It published material on political, social and cultural matters in the 1850s.
