The film

This multiple SAFTA award-winning documentary is about a 100-year-old community of Afrikaans Boers in remote Patagonia, struggling to keep their language and culture alive, while longing to be reunited with their distant families in South Africa.

Produced for Times Media Home Entertainment by Kelly Scott, written and directed by Richard Finn Gregory, edited by Ronelle Loots, photographed by Alan Hayward and Sara Lp̤ez. Released on video in Afrikaans in 2016.
