The Adventures of the Black Girl in Her Search for God is an adaptation for the stage by Donald Howarth of the series of short stories by George Bernard Shaw published in 1932.

A drama written by Canadian playwright Djanet Sears, The Adventures of a Black Girl in Search of God, published in 2003 [1] is thought to be "a re-visioning of a George Bernard Shaw short story," of a very similar title.
