Anthony Trevor Cope (1928-) [1]. Zulu linguist, academic, translator.
His books and translations include a translation of Hilda Kuper's play A Witch in my Heart into isiZulu entitled Inhliziyo ngumthakathi (1962). Izibongo. Zulu praise-poems (collected by James Stuart. translated by Daniel Malcolm and edited with introductions and annotations by Anthony Trevor Cope - Clarendon Press, Oxford, 1968), Magema Magwaza Fuze, translated by Harry Camp Lugg and edited by Anthony Trevor Cope.
