Showstoppers Diamond Jubilee is a musical revue devised by Michele Brandenburger.

The original text

Staged by the Dramatic Society of East London on the occasion of the society's 60th anniversary, the show pays tribute to the founders, pioneers and workers who worked over the years to ensure the success of the society. It is also a tribute to Lynette Alexander, one of the founding members, directors and committee chair for many years.

Performance history in South Africa

2012: Presented by the Dramatic Society of East London at the Alexander Playhouse (December),directed by Michele Brandenburger, musical direction by Winston Paxton, choreography by Charene Harris and Natalie Oberem. (December 2012). The cast included Julie Hartley, Bryan Voke, Grace Stockenstrom, Marcel Corson, Dikelo Mamiala, Guy Hartley, Milisa Siswana, Lincoln du Preez, Kristin Detleefs, Done Muller, Vuyo Mahashe, Lauren Cooper, Pieter Taljaard, Natalie Oberem, Sheldon Holmes, Maxine Hobbs, Ashley Behrens.
