Robin Sanders (19*-). Actor and director.

Career

He requested advice from Ross Devenish about starting a career in the film and television industry in London by letter, year unknown. A copy of the letter is held by NELM (Location: [Collection: DEVENISH, Ross]: 2018. 83. 15. 215). Since there is no evidence that he was active in Souith Africa since the early 1980s, this indicates that he probably continued his career abroad.

He studied drama at the University of Cape Town Drama Department.

Robin acted in a UCT student production of St Joan of the Stockyards as Lennox, 1979, Marat/Sade (as Duperret, Little Theatre, 1980), Romeo and Juliet (Maynardville 1980), Another Country (Baxter Theatre 1983.
