Rev. W. Postma (18*-19*). An Afrikaans church minister and champion of the Afrikaans-Dutch language, he was also founder and leader of the society Onze Taal ("Our Language") in Bloemfontein in 1908.
Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance
The society contributed greatly to cultural life, and the development of Afrikaans theatre in the city when it established a theatre-division and became explicitly pro-Afrikaans.
