Raylene Ferriera (?-) is a dancer, choreographer and teacher.

Training

Raylene Ferriera is a graduate from the Waterfront Theatre School and achieved her Advanced 2 Performance Levels in Tap and Modern Theatre Dance as well as Advanced 1 Ballet. She holds an I.S.T.D. Licentiate Diploma in Tap as well as a Teaching Associate Diploma qualification Modern Theatre Dance. She is also a qualified Street Dance teacher and trains Street Dance Associate teachers at Waterfront Theatre School.

Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance

She has performed in various dance shows including the Baxter Dance Festival and Dancers Love Dogs, as well as performed in a range of corporate events. She is also a passionate and multi-faceted choreographer having worked in a range of styles and dance genres. Apart from teaching multiple genres in our full time programme, Raylene also forms part of the dance staff for Waterfront Theatre School junior school, teaching both Tap and Modern.
