3 Impact on SA theatre, film, media and/or performance.

The Port Elizabeth Pantomime Society assisted the Port Elizabeth Unit of the South African Women's Auxiliary Air Force (SAWAAF) on at least one occasion in 1940 when they needed to raise funds to buy uniforms by staging a variety entertainment. It proved to be so popular the organizers were asked to have a repeat show.
