Pappa gaf Permissie
Pappa gaf Permissie is a one act Dutch comedy by C.F van der Brugghen (C.F van der Brugghen (Carel Theodorus van der Brugghen van Lauwenrecht, 1812-1878)[1].

The original text
The play is a translation and adaption by Van der Brugghen of an (unnamed) German original by Gustav von Moser (1825-1903)[2] and was first performed in Dutch by the association Kunst door Vriendschap in the Neerlandsch Koffiehuis in Leiden on 14 December 1874 and in the Leidse Schouwburg on 13 June, 1875.
The Dutch text published in Amsterdam by G. Theod. Bom in 1874.
