L.P. Biel (17**-18* - also known as P. Biel) was an amateur Cape Town performer.
A member of and a principal performer for C.E. Boniface's society, Honi Soit qui Mal y Pense, he is specifically mentioned as:
"Cleontes" in De Burger Edelman on 28 May 1825
"Bataille" in De Vrouw met Twee Mannen on 15 October, 1825
