by Jill Fletcher. One-act. Cast: mixed. The play takes place in the intimacy of a room in the house of a Mrs Wessels. She is an old coloured woman who is faced with the stark reality that the house she has lived in for eighty years is to be demolished. Performed in a double bill with End of the Road on the National Arts Festival Fringe, 1985, directed by Jill Fletcher, starring Embla Human, Richard Diamond, Peter Butler, John Fourie, Pam Ross and Chris Kenym.
