Next customer please... is a South African solo play written and performed by Ilne Fourie. It draws on the experiences of Doris de Waal, a cashier in a shopping centre, bringing to life the stories, characters and customers she encounters.

2012: Staged at the US Woordfees, Stellenbosch, presented by VEE Productions and directed by Pieter Venter, in the Klein Libertas Teater, on 8 and 10 March, on the Sanlam Dramafees programme. Performed by Ilne Fourie.
