Kinemas Limited

Kinemas (S.A.) Ltd was a motion picture company which built a number of new bioscopes in South Africa, including the Plaza Kinema on the Market Square, Kimberley in 1928, Metro Kinema in Hanover Street, Cape Town (1929) and The Plaza Theatre, Johannesburg in 1931.

In 1931, the company merged with African Theatres Trust under the new African Consolidated Theatres Ltd.
