Marjorie Clifton. (18*-19*) A visiting professional actress, whose company toured South Africa in 1925 [under the auspices of Leonard Rayne?].

Among the plays she did were Little Bit of Fluff, Twin Beds and Woman to Woman. Apparently, according to Hendrik Hanekom, on seeing these productions run successful nights to full houses in Lydenburg, he and his wife Mathilde Hanekom decided to turn professional.
