Biography
Born one of five sisters in Beaufort West, she studied drama at the University of Stellenbosch in the 1980s.
Her sister is actress, cabaret artiste and radio personality Antoinette Pienaar
Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance
She appeared in a range of works while a student and also professionally for a while after, before marrying and moving to a farm in the Karoo. Among the roles have been appearances in:
Stage: Van Arme B.B. (1986:), Hallo Suid-Afrika/Hello South Africa (), Taraboemdery (), Sylvia (1987), Vroue van Troje (1987), Die Salem-Verhoor (1988)
Radio: Die Goue Kring
Film and TV: Vleuels (1989) and Simon en Sandra (1990).
