Kaap die Goeie Hoop ('n alternatiewe geskiedenis) ("Cape of Good Hope (an alternative history)") is an Afrikaans play in three acts by Jac J. Brits (1932-).


The original text

Written in 1998 and set in a park in the New South Africa of the post-1994 era.

The play does not seem to have been published. A computer printout of the text found in the Stellenbosch Drama Department's theatre archives and now held in the Performing Arts Research Collection (PARC) at the Africa Open Institute for Music, Research and Innovation, with offices at Pieter Okkers House, 7 Joubert Street, Stellenbosch, South Africa.
