Inquest on Gordon is a play by Michael Drin ()

The original text

A play in two acts, described in a subtitle as "[Being] am Imaginary Inquiry into the Deat of Lt. Colonel Robert Gordon Commander of the Dutch East India Company's Forces at the Cape of Good Hope in 1795."

It was written as an entry for the Amstel Playwright's Award in 1978, being awarded a Special Merit Award.

The text has not been published, but a copy of the typed text is held by the archive of the Drama Department of the University of Stellenbosch.
