Het Zuid-Afrikaansche Tijdschrift
Het Zuid-Afrikaansche Tijdschrift ("The South African journal", 1873-1893) was a Dutch language journal in South Africa.

A revival of the former Nederlandsche Zuid-Afrikaansche Tydschrift (N.Z.A.T.), the new journal championed Cape Dutch as a language for the country, and the journal was intended to help to preserve the language and promote reading. It became the mouthpiece of the Zuid-Afrikaansche Taalbond (founded 1890).
Founded and edited by "Onze Jan" (J.H. Hofmeyr (1845-19), its editorial team and contributors included J.W.G. van Oordt, C.P. Hoogenhout, J. van der Tuuk (editor after 1890), Hubertus Elffers
