Het Zuid-Afrikaansch Liefhebbery Muzyk Gezelschap ("The South African Amateur Music Society") was a Dutch organization active in the 1820s, which at times involved itself in theatrical presentations in Cape Town

It seems that after some collaborative work on musical plays with the theatrical society Tot Nut en Vermaak ("For use and entertainment"), it amalgamated with the society in August 1829 to form a larger entity, still performing under the motto Tot Nut en Vermaak.

For its involvement in theatre, see Tot Nut en Vermaak
