Het Kasteel van Tourville, of De Hollandsche Zeelieden in Frankrijk is an original Dutch play in three acts by Arie Ruijsch (1797-1871)[1]
The original Dutch title is found in later Dutch as Het Kasteel van Tourville, of De Hollandsche Zeelieden in Frankryk (e.g. in Bosman, 1928).
The author's name often found as Arie Ruysch in later publications of the text and in South Africa.

The original text
Written, performed and published as a benefit for Canonnier Van der Bol, who had lost both arms in an explosion. The play was performed in 1835.
