Henry wrote the plays Letters from Uncle Barny, I Spy, Zeyda, or A Pedlar's Progress, The Gilbert Principle, The Revolt, The Promontory, Hofmeyr, In This Court,

His Zeyda, or A Pedlar's Progress was staged at the Alexander Theatre and the Laager starring Nicholas Ellenbogen, Molly Seftel and Frantz Dobrowsky in 1981.

Awards, etc.

Winner of the Amstel Playwright of the Year Special Merit Award, 1979, for Letters from Uncle Barny. Won the Amstel Playwright of the Year Award in 1980 for I Spy. The Gilbert Principle shortlisted 1989
