The Groot Marico Safari Karnaval ("Great Marico Safari Carnival") is a one day annual festival in the Bushveld.
Organized by the Hervormde Kerk ("Reformed Church") of the town Groot Marico, it takes place in June and is basically a funfair with games, competitions, stalls and entertainment. The focus is largely on hunting, outdoor life and meat sales.
