Ephraim Gordon

(1988-) Actor, producer, singer and musician. Obtained a degree in Theatre and Performance from the University of Cape Town drama department in 2009, and in 2010 joined Magnet Theatre as actor and facilitator for community projects.

Roles in Die Vreemdeling (Magnet Theatre, 2010); Kragbox (Magnet Theatre, 2010); Die Laaste Karretjiegraf (Fugard Theatre, 2013)

Helped devise, co-produced and performed in System Dop and Blood:Shot for Grahamstown, each of which received a Standard Bank Ovation Award.

Awards include KykNET Fiesta Toekenning vir Opkomende Kunstenaar ("Upcoming Artist") for 2010; Kanna Toekenning ("Award") for best Actor at the KKNK in 2010; and Brett Goldin Memorial Trophy from UCT for acting (2010).
