Edward Colman ()[] was an actor.

Biography

Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance

He was a member of the company of players recruited in England and brought to South Africa by Henry Harper in 1884. In Harper's opening production in the newly built Theatre Royal in Cape Town, he played "Mr Gregory" in The Two Gregories (Dibdin), and presumably other roles in the rest of the season.
