EASTERN CAPE PERFORMING ARTS BOARD (ECAPAB). * Formed in 199* under the new arts dispensation of the first post-Apartheid government, when teach of the new nine provinces in principle had the right to a performing arts council. The Eatern Cape (port Elixzabeth vbased) branch of the Cape Performing Arts Board was then transfeerred to the Eastern Cape Provincial Government. ??***
