Studied at Durban University obtaining Drama Honors.

Performed in Hardy Folk (directed by Janice Honeyman with The Young Market Company) and in Holy Moses and All That Jazz (directed by Janice Honeyman with The Young Market Company). She also performed in Much Ado about Nothing (1976).
