Debbie Lütge is a professor of drama and an award-winning performer and director, a published poet and playwright and theatre practitioner.

Born Deborah Arlene Lütge


Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance

She has been an Associate Professor at Durban University of Technology Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa since 1989.

She directed Coriolanus (2009) and Genbia Hyla’s Hamlet Deconstructed for Durban University of Technology.
