De Wet van Rooyen (19**-) (sometimes credited DeWet van Rooyen or Dewet van Rooyen). South African baritone opera singer and performer.

Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance

In 1975 he performed in Trap for a Lonely Man for PACOFS. Musicals include Fiddler on the Roof (Sand du Plessis Theatre and CAPAB, 1985), CAPAB’s The Mikado (Dir Murray Dickie & Andy Gibson, 198*).
