Candice Hillebrand (1977-) is a South African-born actress and singer-songwriter.

Biography

Born Candice Antoinette Hillebrand in Johannesburg, South Africa on 19 January 1977, she is an actress and singer-songwriter, but has also worked as a presenter and model.

Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance

Her acting career started at the age of 6, when she was a host for the South African children's television channel, KTV. She then went on to appear in numerous commercials and roles in both TV and film.

Her film career has included roles in Act of Piracy (1988), Accidents (1988), Tyger, Tyger Burning Bright (1989), The Adventures of Sinbad (1998), The Legend of the Hidden City (1999), Falling Rocks (2000), Othello: A South African Tale (2004), A Case of Murder (2004), Beauty and the Beast (2005), Tekken (2009), How to Make Love to a Woman (2010), Blood of the Vikings (2014).
