Aquavision TV Productions is a South African production company specializing in wildlife, natural history, documentary, and factual television programming for international broadcasters.

The company

Aquavision TV Productions was founded in 1992 and is based in Woodmead, Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa. The company produces wildlife documentaries, natural history films, television series, television specials, and feature documentaries, and provides underwater cinematography, aerial filming, post-production, production services, and wildlife stock footage. Together with its sister company, Lion Mountain Media, it has built one of the largest privately owned wildlife footage libraries in Africa, containing more than 17,000 hours of footage. Under the leadership of wildlife filmmaker Peter Lamberti, Aquavision has produced programmes for broadcasters including National Geographic, Discovery Channel, Animal Planet, Nat Geo Wild, and Smithsonian Channel, with its productions broadcast in more than 170 countries.
