A House to be Sold is a two act musical piece, an English adaptation, by James Cobb (1756-1818) and Michael Kelly (1762-1826), of the one act French comic opera (opéra-comique[1]) called Maison à Vendre ("House for Sale" -) by Alexandre Vincent Pineux-Duval (1767-).
