Annatjie Vorster (194*- ) is a South African actress, movement lecturer and translator.
Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance
As a student she had roles in The House of Bernarda Alba, 'n Bruid in die Môre, Die Boesman Venus, Die Jakkalsstreke van Scapino, Agt Vroue and she was assistant director for Die Lewe wat ek jou Gegee Het.
She translated or co-translated a number of plays into Afrikaans, including: Op Hoop van Zegen as Op Hoop van Seën, Les Assassins Associés as Die Pantoffelmoordenaars, L'Idiot (André Barsacq's adaptation of the Dostoevksy's novel) as Die Idioot and L’Aigle à Deux Têtes as Die Dubbele Adelaar.
